PIM for Shopware - Automate Product Data Sync and Publishing

Applosive connects to Shopware 6 as one of its nine real, unit-tested channel drivers. Map your attributes once, keep your catalog validated, and publish product updates automatically.

Shopware runs the storefront; it isn't built to manage the upstream work of cleaning supplier feeds, calculating multi-tier pricing, or keeping a catalog consistent across languages before it reaches the shop. Applosive sits in front of Shopware 6 as your product data layer - one master catalog that publishes to your shop, and to every other channel you sell on, automatically.

How the Shopware channel driver works

Shopware 6 is one of Applosive's nine built-in, in-house-maintained channel drivers. You map your internal attributes (selling_price, brand, short_description, custom fields) to Shopware's product schema once. From then on, every update to a product's master record is picked up and delivered to Shopware on the next sync, correctly formatted.

Attribute and value mapping. Your internal vocabulary rarely lines up exactly with Shopware's field expectations - a size stored as "M" might need to appear as "Medium" in the shop, or a status needs converting between boolean and numeric form. Value mapping handles this per attribute without touching your master data.

Built-in transformations. Price formatting, gross-to-net conversion (relevant for German B2B and B2C pricing display rules), HTML stripping for plain-text fields, and boolean conversions are applied automatically as part of the mapping.

Collection rules. Decide which products publish to Shopware using rule conditions - brand, status, taxonomy, price range, attribute values - combined with AND/OR logic, so newly added products that match are included automatically without manual re-export.

Completeness before you publish. Applosive tracks completeness per locale across your catalog - relevant if your Shopware shop serves multiple language markets - so you know exactly what's missing before a listing goes live.

Why this matters for a Shopware catalog specifically

Shopware is common in DACH-region e-commerce, often alongside multilingual requirements and B2B pricing tiers from day one. If your catalog is fed by supplier feeds, needs consistent translations across markets, or is published to more than just your Shopware shop, keeping everything synchronized by hand turns into ongoing manual work rather than a one-time setup.

Applosive's supplier import automation ingests incoming feeds and maps them to your attribute model on a schedule, its pricing engine calculates selling, RRP, and B2B prices from supplier cost automatically, and the same master catalog that publishes to Shopware can publish to a marketplace or any other channel - no separate spreadsheet per destination.
